Roche Photo Collective

That's A Photo of Ray

Roche Photo Collective is owned and operated by photographer Tom Roche. He got his start working for the school newspaper at a boarding school in Denver, Colorado using his Father's Kodak Retina. Inspired by shoeboxes of stolen Kodachrome from his uncle and the Detroit News, Tom has since gone on to shoot thousands of projects world wide from architecture, automotive, fashion, portrait, editorial and so on. Tom's studio is based out of Michigan just outside of Detroit -- via Roche Photo Collective

In 2017 Roche Photo was looking to fill a digital void within their team. They needed a digital hipster that could shoot, film, edit, and publish. Pretty much someone not intimidated by all tech and had creative experience.

We worked together to get the studio plugged into various creative institutions and communities within Detroit.

In late Summer 2017 they found the proper fit.

More recently, I have been working to improve SEO and create paid ads for Stage 1255, the production studio of Roche Photo Collective. The team rents out their boutique space in hourly and daily packages to photographers and brands travel across the country.

The intent is to turn Stage 1255 as a revenue stream instead of just physical space they work from.
